What is Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)?
● Traditional Chinese medicine was in East Asian over 2000 years ago.
● TCM treats the body as a holistic, energetic system that can be divided into functional circles (organs and meridians) that are connected to each other. The aim of the treatment is to restore a balance of these inner forces.
● In contrast to western, purely material medicine, which specifically treats individual symptoms or diseases, TCM is more about restoring harmony of body, mind and soul.
"Sarah Meier is a master of her craft: She is very sensitive and appreciative. From a technical point of view she is characterized by know-how, care and precision. My cycle has completely normalized after only two treatments of Sarah doing her phytotherapy work. Thank you very much, dear Sarah!"

"I came to Sarah at the Brust Zentrum in Zurich feeling exhausted and full of anxiety and dealing with breast cancer. She truly listens to me, she is compassionate, sensitive and very knowledgable. I am grateful to have found her and feel amazing improvement in my body and spirit."
